The film is reported to be a remake of Telugu movie Azad that featured Nagarjuna, late actress Soundarya and Shilpa Shetty in the lead roles.

Velayudham started rolling a month ago and is now put on hold, as Vijay has resumed shooting for his other film Kaval Kadhal. Close sources said that Vijay would take six months to complete this film. Film Summary:

Vettaikaran – Its a typical Rajini film. Starting from the first scene film goes very fast. Vijay occupying each and every frame of the film. Though some scenes remebering the Vijay’s last films and some scenes out of logics (breaking the cement pillar , jumping from the falls and still alive) As a Tamil cinema fan we can accept this no more investigation needed with this. and dont forgot it entertained a lot Vijay fans.

Satyan and Vijay in tutocorin good time pass . Srisath is also done his part but i cant laugh for all comedies . we should not forgot Anuska’s Patti, good screen play which is well mixed of every thing.
